Tara Franks (SoundsCreative's creative director) and Preetha Narayanan (SoundsCreative connected artist) - Balladeste - are launching their debut string duo album with evening of music hosted in the beautiful medieval surroundings of St Ethelburga's Church in the heart of London.

Songs without words with a contemporary alt-folk twist, Preetha Narayanan (violin) and Tara Franks (cello) - Balladeste - explore the versatility and sound potential of just two string instruments. They merge their varied musical experiences to create original compositions that are vibrant and experimental yet melodic and filmic in quality.

For this event the duo will be joined by special guests including acclaimed percussionist Bernhard Schimpelsberger and visual artist Somang Lee.
