Moira Smiley - 7th February - Travelling from her hilly Los Angeles perch, Moira Smiley travels the world as a soloist in new, early and traditional music. A musical polyglot, and vocal shape-shifter, her voice – and composing – are heard on feature films, BBC & PBS television programs, NPR, and on more than 60 albums. Moira’s recordings feature spare, vocally driven collections of warped traditional songs, original polyphony and body percussion.

Tea + a Gig is a monthly morning series of acoustic gigs for parents with babies in tow, presenting an eclectic mix of talented and emerging musicians from the London world, jazz and folk music scenes. These are gigs to be enjoyed by listening, appreciative audiences of parents and tots alike.
