SoundsCreative Monthly gig series for parents who want to see some great music in the day and babies with discerning musical tastes, returns the first Tuesday of May (3rd May) at The Old Church Stoke Newington.
This month FLUX will perform - just about to release their debut album they will be joining us at Tea + a gig. Expect a feast of glorious melodies with a cinematic flow mixing shades of folk, urban indian and western classical (Violin, Bansuri and guitar)

Vox Voices returns this Spring to the secret garden location. Look out for the red balloon and follow the path through the blossoming spring flowers towards the singing hut.
As regular Vox Voices goers can attest, this weekly collective singing space creates a relaxing escape from our usual routines. It is a chance to flex your vocal chords, and try a bit of group improv. We move, we use body percussion, we learn to swap seamlessly from part to part. Including folk songs from around the world and rediscovered jazz arrangements, there is nothing quite like being in the mix of an a cappella vocal group.

This day time series of gigs gigs a range of acoustic sounds, musical talents and space for big & small audiences to enjoy something new. Yesterday SC - Tea + a gig presented international touring percussionist Bernhard Schimpelsberger.
